How enquiry details are used
When you submit a property enquiry, we ask for your name, email address, subject and message. The owners use this information to respond to your request about The Pines and, where appropriate, to provide information about the property for sale.
Your message is sent to the owners’ Hostinger email account. It is not published on the website, and it does not create an account or automatically provide access to private documents.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry correspondence only as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry and any related transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may ask for access to or deletion of your enquiry details by replying to our correspondence.
Third-party services
Our website and mailbox are hosted by Hostinger. Holiday booking enquiries and bookings take place on Airbnb, which has its own privacy notices.
Before wider public promotion, the owners should complete this privacy notice with the legal controller identity, contact details and any additional disclosures that apply.
